Our Director
Our Director, Sebastian Arnone, established NewPhase to address the increasing number of home buyers who felt stuck when making a costly property purchase, only to find out that future development they had in mind is not acceptable under the current planning framework.
Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Planning and has undertaken numerous due diligence studies for complex developments including subdivisions, high density residential apartments, re-zoning and heritage analysis.
